Nobody can send private messages until both people accept a contextual connection.

Exact locations are shared only with approved participants; first meetings should be public.

A blocked person disappears from recommendations, invitations, messages and future small groups.

Evidence access is restricted and moderation decisions retain an action history.

Dating requires 18+ attestation, explicit opt-in and bilateral compatibility.
